Archana, a practicing therapist, used to start every new client conversation from zero — re-explaining pricing, session structure, and process before anyone even booked a call. Therapai was built to fix that.
I ran a stakeholder interview, a competitive analysis, and five user interviews, then mapped the themes: people want pricing upfront, credentials they can verify, and a photo that makes the first session feel less like a stranger's office. Trust, it turns out, is a UX problem before it's a clinical one.
Since launch, therapai.life has grown organically with zero paid promotion, and the final SUS score came in at 89/100. Archana's take: she can focus on therapy now while the site handles the introduction for her.
Designing for a small, trust-driven practice was different from anything I'd done at a mid-size company — leaner research, tighter constraints, every decision landing directly on one person's business.
